رئيس الوزراء يدعو من عمّان على ضرورة تكثيف الجهود والسعي الجاد لإيقاف الحرب على غزّة
جدد رئيس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني، أمس الثلاثاء، التأكيد على مبادرة العراق لإنشاء صندوق لدعم غزّةَ، مشيرا الى ان حجم الجرائم والفظائع التي وقعت بحقِّ المدنيين قد أضرَّ بمصداقية القوانين الدولية والنظامِ الدولي.
وقال المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس الوزراء في بيان له، ان «رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني شارك، في مؤتمر (الاستجابة الإنسانية الطارئة في غزة) الذي تستضيفه المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية في البحر الميت، ويهدف إلى تنسيق إيصال المساعدات الإنسانية لأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني في قطاع غزّة».
وأكد رئيس الوزراء في كلمة القاها خلال المؤتمر، أن «نجتمع “اليوم” لتحديد سبل تعزيز وتنسيق استجابة المجتمع الدولي للكارثة الإنسانية بسبب العدوان على غزّة»، مبينا ان «نسبة نازحي قطاع غزة بلغت أكثر من 80% من مجموع سكانه البالغ قرابة مليونين و300 ألف شخص، وترك 500 ألف عامل أعمالهم بسبب الحرب».
واضاف ان «العدوان دمر 370 ألف وحدة سكنية في غزة، وتضرر أكثر من 53% من منشَآت المياه والصرفِ الصحي»، لافتا الى ان «محطة كهرباء غزة توقفت عن العمل منذ تشرين الأول لعام 2023، وهي تحتاج إلى 400 ألف لترٍ من الوقودِ يومياً».
وبين ان «82% من المدارسِ خرجت عن الخدمة، وحرم قرابة 625 ألف طالب وطالبة من التعليم، بجميع المراحل، كما استُشهد أكثر من (5500) طالب وطالبة، و(261) معلماً، و(95) أستاذاً جامعياً، وأُصيب أكثرُ من 8 آلاف طالب وطالبة و (756) معلماً»، لافتا الى ان «العالم تابعَ على الهواءِ مباشراً، عمليات قصف المستشفيات، والمجازر التي ارتكبت بحقِّ الأطباء والكوادر الصحّية والمرضى الراقدين، حيث خرجت 32 مستشفى في قطاع غزّة عن الخدمة، من أصلِ 35، تهدمَ بعضها وتضرر بعضها الآخر».
وبين «كما تهدم وتضرر، بسبب العدوان، أكثر من (195) موقعاً أثرياً، و(13) مكتبةً عامة، و( 227) مسجداً، و(3) كنائس»، موضحا ان «سلطة الاحتلال ارتكبت جرائم حرب وإبادة جماعية، وجرائم ضدَّ الإنسانية، مارست خلالها عمليات قتل وتجويع وتهجير بحقِّ الشعب الفلسطيني».
وذكر ان «معاناة الفلسطينيين تفاقمت بسببِ نقص الغذاء والدواء، وفقدان مياه الشرب والوقود، بعد أنْ أحكم الاحتلال غلق المعابر ومنعَ دخول المساعدات»، لافتا الى ان «العدوان على غزّةَ كشف هشاشة النظام الدولي وعجزه في القيام بواجباته ومسؤولياته، كما وقف العالم عاجزاً إزاء أعداد الضحايا الفلسطينيين المرعبة».
وبين ان «دول عديدة تواصلت معنا لأجل تعزيز جهود احتواء الصراع ومنع توسعته، لكنها تتماهى مع خروقات الاحتلال حين يعتدي على بعض الدول بالمنطقة، ويعمل على توسعة الصراع»، مشددا على «ضرورة السعي لوقف إطلاق النار، ومن ثم العمل بجدية على استعادةِ حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني، في أنْ تكون له دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس».
واكد على «دعم وجود الدولة الفلسطينية، وحثُّ دول العالم جميعاً أنْ تتبعَ هذه الخطوة»، مثمنا «قرار النرويج وإسبانيا وایرلندا ووكالةَ الأمم المتحدة (الانروا) لدورها في تخفيف معاناة الشعب الفلسطيني».
ولفت الى ان «حجم الجرائم والفظائع، التي وقعت بحقِّ المدنيين، قد أضرَّ بمصداقية القوانين الدولية والنظامِ الدولي، ونزعَ الثقةَ عنه»، لافتا الى «اننا صدمنا من طريقة التعامل مع محكمةِ العدل الدولية والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، والازدراء من قبل الدول الكبرى».
وأكد «اننا نتطلعُ إلى نتائجَ عملية لهذا المؤتمر في تحشيدِ الدعم وإيصال المساعداتِ الإنسانية العاجلةِ بطريقةٍ منسقة، والتحشيد العالمي والشعبي لتوسعة الاعتراف بالدولة الفلسطينية».
من جهته أكد رئيس الوزراء، استعداد العراق لفتح جسر من المساعدات يبدأ من العراق، وينتهي عند أقرب معبر إلى الشعب الفلسطيني.
وذكر المكتب الإعلامي لرئيس مجلس الوزراء في بيان له، أن رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني، التقى عاهل المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية الملك عبد الله الثاني بن الحسين، وذلك على هامش مشاركته في مؤتمر الاستجابة الإنسانية الطارئة في غزّة، الذي يستضيفه الأردن”.
وأضاف، أنه “تناول اللقاء الأوضاع المأساوية في غزّة، وما يتعرض له الشعب الفلسطيني من انتهاكات وحشية وقتل وتجويع وتشريد من قبل قوات الاحتلال، كما جرى التباحث بشأن سبل تقديم المساعدات العاجلة وتسهيل وصولها من العراق عبر الأردن إلى الأراضي المحتلة، بما يمكّن من إغاثة أبناء غزّة المحاصرين”.
وتابع، أنه “اتفق الجانبان على ضرورة تكثيف الجهود والسعي الجاد لإيقاف الحرب على غزّة، إذ بيّن السيد السوداني أن العراق سيكون أول المتضررين من اتساع نطاق الصراع، وإدخال المنطقة في تحدٍّ أمني خطير”.
وأوضح، أنه “شهد اللقاء بحث العلاقات الثنائية وتوطيد التعاون المشترك، إذ جرى التأكيد المشترك على أهمية تبادل الزيارات وزيادة التنسيق بين البلدين، وعبر رئيس مجلس الوزراء عن تقديره لمبادرة المملكة باستضافة هذا المؤتمر في هذا الوقت الحرج، مؤكداً استعداد العراق لفتح جسر من المساعدات يبدأ من العراق، وينتهي عند أقرب معبر إلى الأراضي المحتلة، وسط دعم شعبي كبير للقضية الفلسطينية”.
وبيّن رئيس مجلس الوزراء محمد شياع السوداني- بحسب البيان- أن “تعمّد غلق المعابر ساهم في منع وصول المساعدات إلى شعبنا الفلسطيني المنكوب”، مشيراً إلى “وجود أكثر من برنامج للمساعدة في التخفيف من الوضع الإنساني المأساوي، على ضوء أهمية استثمار التنسيق لتسهيل تنفيذ مبادرات إغاثة أبناء شعبنا في القطاع”.
من جانبه، أكد العاهل الأردني “إمكانية فتح جسور عبر نهر الأردن، والتعاون في نقل المساعدات العراقية إلى غزّة، عبر الطائرات الأردنية، وكذلك التعاون في مجال نقل الوقود والمواد التموينية والاحتياجات الإنسانية”.
